Didn't know you needed a size requirement ^^; but you can go on MS paint to resize them or go on iaza.com

Actually, Now I don't think it's the size...is there a certain File format Like jpg. that is required to upload the images?

Yeah. They only take png *which would be the best file, no pixels* Jpg and Gif
